Downloads Log records CSV data from: https://ccr.data.convergent-media.net/usersactions

Downloads Log records for the selected period.
The downloader reads the Users actions Log page and submits every user and every action option, matching Select all in both dropdowns.
Uses the same CCR credentials as AD log export and imports into data/action_log.db.
Upload local CSV
Browse and upload a local Users actions Log CSV. The file will be imported into data/action_log.db.
